Cost of Shipping

SHIPPING CARRIER COST DELIVERY

Standard UPS or USPS $15 3-7 business days after processing (1-2 days)

Two Day UPS $50 2 business days after processing if order is placed by 2 PM ET

Deliveries to Puerto Rico will be shipped via UPS; the shipping cost will vary based on freight fees. You will not be charged for any item until it has shipped.

 

When will my order be shipped?

If you place your order before 2 PM ET Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), we begin processing the same day. If you place it after 2 PM ET, we begin processing the next business day. We process all orders within 1 to 2 business days, after credit card verification.

If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

How can I track my package?

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours,

Who is responsible for any duties and taxes?

Sujata Gazder is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses?

Currently, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we do not. But if you are overseas and are interested in an item, please email or call us for a customized option.

What if I change my mind after my purchase has been shipped?

If you refuse delivery of your order, it will be returned to our distribution center and you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping costs are non-­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
